General Information
- We are happy to provide prices for exhibition spaces on request.
- To use our rooms on set-up and packing-away days, we charge 50% of the whole day rate. For evening events, we reserve the right to charge additional costs for staff after midnight by arrangement.
- All prices/tenders stated always apply on request depending on the availability in terms of room and bed capacities as well as outside of exhibition periods or local major events. The prices include VAT. In the case of VAT increases, the customer will be charged subsequently. The contract price refers exclusively to direct reservation: if you book via third parties and people, who mediate between third parties, the costs arising from this (booking costs, etc.) will be charged separately to the main contractual party.
