Degustation of Juice

The idea to offer fine cuvées of juice alternatively to the wine came to our chef Claus Ruf and our Restaurant Manager Kalli Fichtner with a degustation of juice. A "fortune-cuvée" whose smell of a Riesling resembled very much led to other successful experiments and the knowledge: Juices, in the right relation are mixed an adequate alternative to the wine pleasure of our demanding guests. Experts with fruity concepts the primary aromas of noble wines describe no miracle, actually, finally.

Move your guests with select olive oils into southern mood. After a delightful aperitif we serve cold-warm Mezzede, Antipasti and Tapa with suitable Mediterranean wines.
