Offering luxury which does not dazzle, but instead expresses itself in high quality, care and a wealth of ideas. Setting trends - if they suit the individual style. Fulfilling the demands of an international public, while maintaining Bavarian roots: Head chef Claus Ruf, along with his team, provides the culinary implementation of the Prinzregent idea.
Claus Ruf is supported by our restaurant manager Antje Genßler. The two of them search for wines, juices and spirits and discover new aromas and combinations, preferably incorporating winegrowers and producers into their search. The result of their work has earned our restaurant regular accolades in the independent trade press over the last few years.
We are especially pleased about receiving first place in the category: "Hotel Restaurants" in the Gastronomy guidebook "So schmeckt München" (How Munich Tastes) (Edition 08/09)
