""Fresh cuisine for pure taste" - under this motto, Claus Ruf seeks out his suppliers and goods, rediscovers virtually forgotten foods, herbs and spices, creates meals that are not just for the sake of effect.
The result is sophisticated but always accessible cuisine based on regional products of the season, conjured onto the plate with Mediterranean effortless. Since 2006, our restaurant has been working in accordance with the guidelines of the Slow Food movement.
